• Traffic to national numbers is unlimited, but subject to lawful and correct use and not for purposes other than personal use, in accordance with the provisions of the General Contract Conditions.
• The minutes included in the package are to be considered effective (rates per second) and allow you to call all national landline and mobile numbers without connection fee.
• The GB of internet provided by the 1Mobile Special XPlus packages are valid for traffic carried out in Italy and in the European Union in accordance with European regulations (  link  ). Traffic that will not be used in the current month cannot be combined with that of the following month. In case of exceeding the maximum threshold of available data, you will be able to continue surfing the Internet at a cost of € 0.50 per 100 MB, in advance increments of 100Kb.
• Navigation is intended on the national territory, for connections made with APN access point wap.unomobile.it or web.unomobile.it
• The 1Mobile Special XPlus promotion is automatically renewed every month, on the 3rd consecutive renewal the customer receives an additional 15GB free of charge to be used only for traffic carried out in Italy; traffic that will not be used in the current month cannot be combined with that of the following month.
• In case of insufficient credit, the offer is activated and / or renewed, but can only be used against a top-up that completes the cost of the promotion or its renewal.
• In the event of insufficient credit for two consecutive deadlines, the offer / option will be suspended and can be reactivated upon a suitable top-up.
• The Rest of the World rate is € 2.10 per minute with a connection fee of 20 cents.

• To change the offer, you must first cancel the existing one (losing all remaining units) and sign a new one; this operation can be done via App / Reserved Area of ​​the site or via string.
  APP / RESERVED AREA: in the Options section, click on Cancel Active Options; it is necessary to wait for the offer to be canceled to subscribe to a new one among those proposed in the “Available Options” section

• The voice / SMS / data services of 1Mobile may sometimes not be compatible with some commercial radio equipment of Brondi, Wiko due to hardware / software limitations. 1Mobile is absolutely not responsible for this limitation and will in no case be liable to third parties in the event of any underestimation and / or errors and / or disputes relating to the operation of the service and therefore will not be liable for any damage complained of by the end customer.
